Overview
The Biggest Loser: Power Sculpt consists of three different strength training workouts featuring sculpting techniques from this power-training trio. Begin with Level 1 and as your endurance increases, add on Levels 2 and 3. Also included is a five minute warm-up and cool-down. Before you know it, you will chisel away unwanted pounds to reveal a leaner, stronger you.
- Level 1: Basic Strength Training with Jillian that will target every major body part.
- Level 2: Kim helps to build upper and lower body strength while also targeting core muscles
- Level 3: Bob adds weight training exercises along with some of his signature boot camp moves
