With this seasons largest contestants ever, you see first hand that you
have to work out harder and longer than you may want to on certain days
in order to shed those extra pounds.
Allie & Michelle, the winners of the past two season of Biggest
Loser proved that with a little hard work and persistence anyone could
reach the goal of being the "Biggest Loser" if they set their mind and
body to it. Our fitness music was one of the great tools they used to
assist them in their weight loss goals. It wasn't easy but the effort
obviously paid off and they had amazing weight loss breakthroughs. It's
all about the tools you have around you to help you reach your fitness
goals. Everybody deserves and has a chance to a healthy lifestyle.
