One of the primary objectives of The Biggest Loser is to provide members with the skills to create a personalized exercise plan. You see, exercise success doesn’t depend on finding the “perfect” exercise routine, it depends on finding what works for you. What works for you depends on your current fitness, personal strengths and skills, limitations, schedule, preferences, goals and motivation.
That’s a lot to consider, but giving it some thought is miles better than blindly diving into an exercise “regimen” designed for someone else. When it comes to exercise, one size definitely does not fit all!
Start simply and build as you find that you’re ready to take on more. There is no minimum requirement. Just getting off the couch for a few minutes on most days will be a big step for some of you. Others may be thinking of training for their first 5K. We're here to help members with information about the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of any workout.
Your fitness plan can be created using any type of exercise that appeals to you. Consider whether you like being by yourself or prefer a group setting, whether you like being indoors or out, if you’ll go to a gym or exercise at home, and what equipment you will have access to.
Exercise plans are provided to The Biggest Loser Premier Members. Follow them in their entirety, or modify exercises to suit your fitness and skill level.
Welcome aboard. We hope you enjoy the community!

Get FITTE
FITTE is a quick, handy acronym to help you remember all the elements of an exercise routine that you need to improve your fitness. It's a good way, especially for beginners, to start thinking about working out. As you begin to make exercise a part of your lifestyle, you'll want to vary or increase some or all elements of the FITTE principle:
Frequency: How often you work out
Intensity: How hard you work out (measuring with a heart rate monitor or using rate of perceived exertion)
Time: The duration of your workout
Type: The kind of exercise you're doing
Enjoyment: How much pleasure you get out of the activity
