BiggestLoser.com: How did you get started as a trainer?
Dolvett: I got my first certification while working at the YMCA.
BiggestLoser.com: What do you do to stay in shape?
Dolvett: I work out daily, usually hit the gym four times a week doing combination movement and mixing cardio in between. The other days I like to do classes like yoga or cycling.
BiggestLoser.com: Have you ever been out of shape?
Dolvett: I was a skinny kid growing up. It was a different kind of out of shape.

Dolvett: I've never been on a diet. I've always been on a lifestyle.

Dolvett: Helping them believe that they can work out, that they can lose the weight.
BiggestLoser.com: Which contestant from the show really moved you?
Dolvett: All of them affect me. Their stories are so inspiring.
BiggestLoser.com: What are you doing when you aren't working on The Biggest Loser?
Dolvett: I'm traveling, guest speaking, donating to my favorite charities and studying new forms of workouts.
BiggestLoser.com: What does your typical day look like?
Dolvett: I start on social media, reaching out to fans, which is so inspiring. I work out, I take meetings, train some celebrity friends, spend time with my family and cook dinner.
BiggestLoser.com: What music do you like to work out to?
Dolvett: I love hip-hop!! Work out to it every day.
