Sione owned his own landscape design and installation company. During this time, Sione overate and gained weight. He knew that life was more than just work, eating and sleeping. He was tired of being tired all the time. Sione, being a huge fan of The Biggest Loser, decided that he needed a change and auditioned for the show with his first cousin Filipe Fa.
Sione Fa and Filipe Fa joined The Biggest Loser as contestants on Season 7. Since the show, Sione has been able to share his story, not only across the U.S. but also in Tonga, where his father is from. Sione has been traveling as a motivational speaker and became a certified personal trainer three years ago. He currently trains at The Biggest Loser Resorts in Utah and Malibu. Sione currently lives in Utah with his wife, Britni, and two kids. Number three is on the way.
